NY Agriculture in the Classroom: Whipped Cream vs. Whipped Topping & Seeds Are More Than You Think!

We will make real whipped cream and taste test it against other whipped toppings followed by a lesson on the many uses and versatility of seeds. We will wrap up by making a seed oil color collage!
