2025 is the year of reconnection with your highest expression: The Spirit. In light of this shift, explore new ways to come home to this understanding through an evening of yin yoga and sound healing.

Immerse yourself in a curated class of calming postures and ancient Vedic breathwork, interwoven with wisdom directly from the classical yogic texts. After entering a state of restful peace, access deeper meditative absorption through the healing power of the sound bath, orchestrated by Kate of Ethereal Sound Healing. It is specifically through this exploration of deepening meditative levels of consciousness that connects us back to our highest expression.

About the hosts

Gianni is a yoga teacher and facilitator with a deepening love for learning not only postures but also the wisdom woven into the ancient texts of yoga. Understanding that yoga is a way of life, not merely just a physical exercise, is the source of Gianni's passion for sharing this expansive school of thought. Having come from a suit-and-tie position in financial planning, Gianni's blend of passion for the spiritual practice of yoga, plus the analytical reasoning of the business world, allows for a unique offering of distilling and sharing ancient wisdom that is practical in the modern world.

Gianni serves as an Assistant Yoga Teacher Trainer at Krishna Village, one of Australia's most well-known yoga and meditation retreats, supporting and inspiring a new generation of teacher trainees.

Kate is a sound healer, Reiki practitioner and vocalist. Coming from a performing background, she loves bringing the musical and spiritual together.

She has been running regular sound baths at Eternal Living in Belmont and is very excited to be joining forces with Gianni for this beautiful yin and sound immersion.

With a blend of crystal bowls, toning with her voice and the reverie harp, she aims to bring you into a deep state of peace, enhancing your yin practice and guiding you back to centre.
