Geelong Walk and Flow

Join me and others as we walk amongst the trees and take in the waterfront view. This will be a gentle walk for 20-30 minutes ⋆｡˚🌿•✧˖°🧚🏻⋆🍃✧°.

After the walk experience some mindfulness and flow with tai chi qigong.

Energising qigong routine designed for all levels.
