A reminder of our intrinsic connection to nature's rhythms and cycles. We embrace the darkness, celebrate the gradual return of the light and find solace in the continuity of natural cycles.
An afternoon of ritual with Di. A unique blend of meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong, breath work and journalling with nibbles and chai.
