Serenity in the Stadium 2025

Start your Sunday with movement, mindfulness and connection at one of Geelong’s most iconic venues!

On Sunday 19 October at 8am, GMHBA Stadium will transform into an open-air yoga studio for Serenity in the Stadium; a one-hour, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to support and raise awareness for mental, physical and social wellbeing 🧘‍♀️✨

It's a great opportunity for workplaces, sporting clubs, community groups, friends and families to do some meaningful together during Mental Health Month.

Every ticket sold supports the work of Read the Play and Active Geelong, two local organisations dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and inspiring healthier lifestyles across our community 💙
