Antifragile Workshop - Norlane

Our workshops are a free space for members to come and create art, build community and express their lived experiences whilst in a safe, inclusive and understanding space.
Peer-support and community are important to us, so each workshop is coordinated by a peer, a person living with mental illness.
Throughout the year we work on various projects to build a collection of art for the annual exhibition. Exploring various mediums and mental health topics, we work through the processes needed to express our symptoms on the page, building capacity and skills along the way.
To remove barriers to art many of us face, we provide as many materials as possible and work together to support each other however that may be.
