Did you know that practicing gratitude actually rewires the brain to see more of what we love and are thankful for reflected in our experiences? 🧠⭐️
It has been identified that gratitude is a crucial component in developing true resilience, helping children navigate challenges with greater ease and emotional strength.
In this workshop, we’ll be exploring:
•The neuroscience of gratitude – how our brain changes when we practice appreciation and why a practice of gratitude is important
•Focused breathing & mindfulness – tuning into gratitude in the present moment
•Movement & embodiment – feeling gratitude and expansion within our bodies
•An introduction to journaling - harnessing the power of positive and regenerative thought
By strengthening their “gratitude muscle,” children will begin to recognise the good in their everyday lives and build emotional resilience that lasts throughout their lifetime.
