Psilocybin stimulates brain neurons – your brain makes new connections more easily and it reduces the activity of the Default Mode Network (DMN), the brain area linked to self-criticism, worrying and ‘being stuck in your head’.
This creates space for insight, inner peace, emotional processing and even deep spiritual experiences.
Many people experience it as a reset: a fresh look at themselves and life, with more clarity and lightness in the heart.
Cacao opens the heart, softens the body and deepens the connection with yourself and the group.
It naturally increases your serotonin and endorphins
and makes emotions accessible and soothing.

How does the day go?
We start in the morning, so that you can drive home grounded in the early evening.
The ceremony is carried by a deep intention, our live music, icaros (healing songs), and sound healing.
You can sing a song yourself or play an instrument
If the weather is good, the ceremony will take place in the garden.
In between you will receive fruit and after the ceremony a cup of soup.
As a tribe we want to offer healing because a tribe offers safety, connection and a bedding in which you do not have to do everything alone. Just as our ancestors often sat together to share wisdom and insights, a tribe lets us remember who we really are.
Together we carry, heal and grow.
