Od ponad pół roku Izrael blokuje pomoc humanitarną krytycznie potrzebną w Strefie Gazy. W związku z blokadą oraz nieustającą ofensywą na terenach Palestyny rośnie katastrofalny w skutkach kryzys głodowy.
Dziś, 85% ludności Strefy Gazy wkroczyło w piąty stopień niedożywienia - najbardziej krytyczną i niebezpieczną fazę, która często prowadzi do nieodwracalnych szkód w organizmie, nawet po pojawieniu się żywności w przyszłości. Świat obiegają zdjęcia Palestyńskich noworodków umierających śmiercią głodową, a Izraelskie władze nadal wypierają, jakoby na okupowanych terenach panował kryzys dostępu żywności.
Spotkajmy się w niedziele 10 sierpnia pod budynkiem Katowni w Gdańskim Śródmieściu. Przypomnijmy turystom i uczestniczkom jarmarku o tym co się dzieje po drugiej stronie globu, z cichym przyzwoleniem naszych rządów. Wspólnie zażądajmy interwencji i natychmiastowego wpuszczenia pomocy humanitarnej do Strefy Gazy niezbędnej do zatrzymania klęski głodowej!

For over half a year, Israel has been blocking critically needed humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip. Due to the blockade and the ongoing offensive in Palestinian territories, a catastrophic hunger crisis is escalating.
Today, 85% of the population in Gaza has entered the fifth level of malnutrition – the most critical and dangerous phase, which often leads to irreversible damage to the body, even if food becomes available in the future. Photos of Palestinian newborns dying of starvation are circulating around the world, while Israeli authorities continue to deny that there is a food access crisis in the occupied territories.
Let’s gather on Sunday, August 10, in front of the former prison building (Katownia) in downtown Gdańsk. Let’s remind tourists and fairgoers of what is happening on the other side of the globe, with the silent consent of our governments. Together, let’s demand intervention and the immediate admission of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, which is essential to halt the famine!
