The Still Point Within - Meditation at Riverdell

🎒 What to Bring: A journal, pen, water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, whatever helps you feel comfortable and grounded.

Wellness Wednesday at Riverdell invites you into
The Still Point Within, a guided meditation to reconnect with your centre, release collective stress, and honour the quiet strength of stillness.

This meditation is inspired by Gate 52 in Human Design, the Gate of Stillness.
It reminds us that we don’t need to chase every moment…
Sometimes, the wisest move is to pause and breathe.

You’ll be guided through a calming, grounded visualisation designed to:
✨ Gently ease stress from the body
✨ Anchor you into a sense of inner calm
✨ Reconnect you with your natural rhythm

You’ll also receive a small printed breath card to take home, a simple, beautiful reminder that stillness is the ruler of haste.

No meditation experience is needed.
Just bring your beautiful self and an open heart.

Let’s gather together in quiet presence, and return to the still point within.
