St Hallett's - Jacobs Creek Dog Walk

German Shepherds of the Barossa Valley invite you to a relaxed doggy day out. The walk is designed for you to select part or all of the experience. We will meet at 10:30am at Saint Hallett's Winery then set off on the wide walkway which leads to Jacob’s Creek Winery. This is an undulating walk with stunning views over The Barossa and has Jacob’s Creek running alongside of us as we walk. The walk will be easy for anyone who is relatively accustomed to walking. With this in mind, there is flexibility for you to use your own judgement to go as far or as short as you like or simply join in for the socialization in the garden at the end of the walk. Upon return to St Hallett's Cellar Door, we will be welcomed by the owners to socialize with our GSD's on lush lawns in their stunning tree canopied garden. Wine tasting and food is available as an option. Their website allows you to order pizzas, platters, and wine tasting options, etc, please state that you are with the Barossa GSD Walk so the staff can coordinate their orders. It is important to note that the walkway from St Hallett's to Jacob's Creek is a paved walkway. Some of us have already completed the return walk and we all managed fine.
