Eudunda Chair Yoga

Be supported while you increase mobility, strength and inner calm.

Chair yoga is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be getting up and down off the floor, who appreciates a gentler practice, who perhaps has limited mobility or injuries, or simply wants to enjoy movement and supported connection.

Classes begin with a gentle warm up as we mobilise each part of the body. We explore poses with a variety of options that increase flexibility, strength and balance. We stretch out tension, experiment with breathing exercises, enjoy a relaxing meditation, and have a bit fun along the way.

Join us at the Eudunda Hospital Day Centre fortnightly on Thursdays.
