Join Dr Koren Ganas, clinical psychologist, for a 4-week in-person educational program designed to help you regulate stress, reconnect with yourself, and build lasting emotional wellbeing.
Each 2-hour session blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and self-compassion into practical tools you can apply immediately, all backed by contemporary psychological science.
