• All activities, excursions, transportation, meals, and drinks not previously mentioned
• A Major Credit Card is required at check-in to cover any anticipated room charges.

Important Details:

• Airport: San Francisco, California (SFO). Roundtrip Airport Transportation will be provided. Please plan your flight arrival prior to 2PM PST. If you need assistance booking your flight to align with our schedule, please contact us.
• Flight times suggested above include transportation. Guest will be responsible for their own transportation if their flights are outside of the suggested timeframe OR at a different airport. We can assist with your flight and transportation arrangements.
• Room Packages range between $1200 - $2000, depending on room selection and occupancy.
• Deposits are currently $50 until November 1, 2024. After November 1, 2024, the deposit will increase to $150. Afterpay is available at checkout.
• Once your deposit is made you will be sent an invoice with equal monthly payments due until the final payment deadline. Payments will be sent on the 7th of each month. If you are not able to make monthly payments, please let us know so we can assist you.
• Any changes made after your initial deposit is $50 + per change. This includes name or room changes.
• All Final Payments are due by March 7, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Any payments not received by the payment deadline will result in immediate cancellation to your reservation, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you can no longer attend, please notify us. Please note that all returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of In The City Destinations & The Makings of B, LLC., and are based on timeframe of cancellation.
