WILD DEER RUNNING SESSION - WATERGATE FOREST PARK

Join us for our next Wild Deer Running Session at Watergate Forest Park, Gateshead!

Take to the trails with this interval based trail running session for all abilities.

FREE for all Wild Deer Running Club members and just £5 for everyone else!

Start at 9am - Meet from 8.30am in the Watergate Forest Car Park.

The session will last approximately 75 minutes and we will cover 5-7 miles with interval training and a few hills.

SCOTT Sports will be joining us for a shoe demo and you can run in a pair of trainers for free. This is a perfect opportunity to try out a new running shoe and get your training run in too.
