Relaxation with Sound

Following on from my sound training I’m excited to say I have now planned in a group RELAXATION WITH SOUND session to be held in my treatment room

It is a small session - only 6 places are available, so book early to grab your spot

It is £25 per person and payment is required to secure your slot

What to expect
A guided meditation to help you relax
You will then be immersed in the vibration of various instruments - drums, gongs and singing bowls
Feel your mind and body relax
