This month, we’ll be joined by IU Health’s Congregational Care Network to highlight how faith-based partnerships can help address social isolation and connect individuals to community support.

Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, or someone who cares deeply about the people in your neighborhood—your voice matters here.
