Thursday Training Ruck
Join DFW Rucking Crew for this weekly, beginner-friendly ruck in Garland. We will ruck 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back, pace will be whatever the group can comfortably manage.

Afterwards, we will enjoy post-exercise dinner and shenanigans. Hope to see you there! All fitness levels are welcome; bring a friend, the more the merrier!
