Friends of Rescue Animals is teaming up with the Garland Animal Shelter for a FREE Community Cat Spay/Neuter Day on Thursday, August 14th!

📍 Garland Animal Shelter – 1902 TX-66, Garland
🕖 Drop-off: 7–9 AM | Pick-up: 3–6 PM
🐱 50 cats max – 5 per person, 1 cat per humane trap (no crates!)
📬 Proof of Garland/Rowlett address required
