Surviving the Holidays - GriefShare

We know the Holidays can be a tough time, especially if you're grieving a loved one. We want to come alongside you and offer support and encouragement as we head into this season.

This two hour 'Surviving the Holidays' session will go through:
• How to cope with emotions
• What to do about traditions
• Helpful tips for surviving social events
• How to find hope for the future

• Sunday, November 16th
• 12:30pm-2:30pm
• Cost: $20 donation
• Lunch is provided
