Lunar Living- Full Moon Meditation and Release

Living by the nature of the moon, or lunar living, involves aligning your life with the phases of the moon's cycle. This practice, rooted in ancient traditions, suggests that the moon's energy can influence our emotions, energy levels, and even our ability to manifest goals. By understanding and working with the moon's phases, individuals can potentially find greater harmony and balance in their lives.
The full moon is a time of heightened energy, emotions and intuition. A time to be mindful of your feelings, and seek clarity in your path.
Join Reiki Master, Mystic Mama Sharon Dow for a guided full moon meditation and journal workshop. A powerful opportunity to reflect upon your inner strength, and release what no longer serves you.
