Grateful Flow 4.20 Yoga

Join us for a plant medicine yoga sesh set to your favorite Grateful Dead tunes at the Black Dove Studio in Gardner at 4:20pm on Sunday, August 24th.

Stay after yoga to sesh in community and do a tie-die themed art project. Optional add-ons include tarot readings, and beautiful henna designs from Healing Henna with Bianca while we let the music play!

Just bring your yoga mat and we'll supply the rest. All levels welcome! Session schedule:
- 4:20pm: Check-in & 4.20 sesh with friends
- 4:45pm: High vibe plant medicine yoga sesh
- 5:30pm: Stay after yoga for the art project, and optional add-ons tarot and/or henna!

***Plant Medicine yoga and art project are included in ticket price; tarot readings and henna are optional add-ons.
- Tarot readings- only 6 sessions available, so add-on with your ticket now to ensure your seat.
- Henna will be available for purchase on-site.
