FiA (Females in Action) is a national, non-profit organization that aims to provide community to women via free outdoors workouts.
We currently offer regularly scheduled workouts in Liberty Park, Trussville, Spain Park, Chelsea, Gardendale, and Cahaba Heights.
We would love for you to come join us for a Convergence as we invite all locations together for an hour-long workout at Gardendale High School. You do NOT have to be a current FiA member to join. This and all workouts are open to ladies of all ages (18+) and all fitness levels (modifications are available).
What to expect:
*Various levels of cardio (jogging, walking, jumping jacks, burpees, etc)
*Bodyweight exercises such as squats, push-ups, tricep dips, planks, mountain climbers, etc.
*An uplifting, judgment-FREE atmosphere
