Salsa Dance Classes at the Farm

3 Tuesday nights in May: May 13th, 20th, & 27th.
7-8 PM Beginner Level.
8-9 PM Level One

Come explore the joy of salsa dancing! Learn NY style salsa (on2 timing), the most popular form of salsa in the world today. No partner is required. Sign up for 3 Tuesday nights at the Farm. We are offering two different levels:

7-8 PM Beginner Level
For people who have never danced salsa before or who want to review the basics from the beginning. Learn:
-The basic step and counts
-Finding the beat in salsa music in order to dance on time
-Right and left turns alone and with a partner
-Cross body lead
-Fundamentals of partner connection
-Intro to body position, body movement, and basic footwork (shines)


8-9 PM Level One
For people who already understand the basic step, right and left turns, and the cross body lead and are ready to add more complexity to their dancing.

Both Levels
If you're ready to be in the Level One class, but are still getting comfortable with the basics, or want more review, we encourage you to sign up for both levels, at a discounted price.
