Wise Play dares us to become intimate with our emotions while also meeting our needs for adventure, authenticity, delight, imagination, insight, and transformation. Re-learn how to extend kindness and compassion through embodied experience. Join us for a facilitated synthesis of dance, improvisation, mindfulness, and creativity.

Eartha is a queer, feminist, community organizer,
and somatic creative arts therapist who has been studying
and offering creative arts therapies since 1999.
