Guided Meditation and Painting

Grab your mat and join me in the yurt for Guided Meditation followed by painting. Let your creativity go wild, you might be surprised with your outcome. Everything is supplied, I just ask. you to bring a mat if you want to lay down for the meditation, you can double up on one of my for more comfort.
