Surrender To The Flow Donation-Based Yoga

It’s been a minute but Surrender To The Flow donation-based yoga is back THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5 AT 10:30 a.m.

Sundays class will be a one-hour Vinyasa Flow class perfect for yogis of all levels and instructed by Kathryn Para of Togetherly Studios.

Kathryn is a songwriter, performer, yoga teacher, storyteller, professional development creator and keynote speaker with original music, methods and endeavors to enhance community, belonging and wellbeing through the "wondering arts": of music (songs), mindfulness, movement (Yoga), nature exploration, curiosity and creativity. Kathryn teaches all ages and bodies, always with the focus on empowering students to practice on their own with practical tools and methods. She uses her unique perspective and drive to create, capture and share simple tools toward profound impact on wellbeing.
