We return in September with a full 12-week term to steady us through the shift into autumn and toward the darker months.
This term is for those ready to commit — after the flexibility of spring and summer, we return to our regular rhythm. No drop-ins or part-term bookings this time — just the full journey together, week by week.

Registration Information:
Automatic Placement: Participants from the previous term have an automatic place reserved for them in the upcoming term. If you wish to continue, please confirm by text.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to continue into the next term, please inform me as soon as possible. This ensures we can accommodate everyone interested.

Additional Info:
• Payments are non-transferable.
• Missed classes can be made up by dropping into another class, subject to availability.
• This can be split into 2 payments. If you would like this option please text me before term start to arrange.
• Arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
• Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Bring a blanket or jumper for relaxation at the end of the session.
