Anam Tao: Bealtaine

Our Bealtaine celebration is a joyful evening session honouring the bright cusp of summer. Join us to connect, share and get in touch with the blissful, light side of humanity.

Our facilitators at this edition of Anam Tao will be two incredible souls from our community, Roxy Sava and Luc O'Rourke. Our very own Fluid Druid will wrap up the event with a high energy ecstatic dance. Organic kombucha from All About Kombucha will be provided on the day, and a spread of light bites to fill us up after our dancing provided by the Nomadic Table.

Heart-To-Heart Cacao Ceremony

Roxy Sava has been holding space and guiding experiences across Ireland for several years. This incredible soul will be bringing us sacred cacao and guiding a ceremony to connect, reflect and open our hearts.

Intro to Contact Improvisation

Luc O'Rourke is known for his work across the country with whimsical, earthy videos and group sessions, bringing lightness and an unapologetic nature to the table. We will begin our dance evening with an introduction to contact improvisation: a beautiful, gentle way to explore dance with platonic contact, integrating movement and play into our group expression.

Anam Tunes

Anam Tao's Fluid Druid will take the energy higher following our contact improv class: with the dancefloor free and our energy rasied, we are going to collectively release into the ecstasy of the coming summer, rejoice in life and send out some happy vibes for all of the humans of Earth who need it.

Our sessions are healing, happy and wholesome events which bring people together in an alcohol free environment. We encourage self-expression, community and mindfulness from our attendees, and look forward to welcoming you all on the 4th of May.
