Yoga at the Brewery

Swing into the brewery and enjoy a FREE yoga class brought to you by Melody Van Kay from Island Salt Air Studio. Enjoy a 60 min Vinyasa flow on the sundeck. All levels welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat (or towel) and any additional yoga equipment needed. Enjoy a pint with us after class!

Outside. Water, hat and sunscreen recommended if the sun is shining. Class held indoors if there is inclement weather or it is too hot.
