An Evening of Connection, Healing & Sacred Support
Change touches all of us—sometimes gently, sometimes like a wave crashing at our feet. Whether you’re in the middle of a shift, just coming out of one, or sensing that something new is on the horizon… this space is for you.
Come gather in sacred sisterhood as we support one another through the beautiful, messy, necessary process of change.
💫 We’ll begin with a cleansing at the door, using the deep vibration of the standing singing bowl and the purifying energy of selenite, clearing space for what your heart is ready to receive.
🌕 Each woman is invited to bring a meaningful item to place on our altar of change—something that symbolizes a chapter closing, a new beginning, or simply where you are right now.
🎶 Rachel will offer sound healing to help calm the nervous system and open the heart, while Lois offers gentle Reiki to support energetic balance and emotional release.
🌀 There will be time for sharing, reflection, and simply being held in the presence of women who see you, hear you, and walk alongside you.
You don’t need to have the answers. You just need a safe place to land.💜
