About the event

Free Woman's Self Defense Class
In honor of Woman's Equality Day Rio West Mall & Dylan Vargas Mixed Martial Arts Academy is hosting a FREE 2-hour Woman's self-defense class. Open to women ages 14 and up.

Learn basic safety awareness tips as well as how to defend yourself.

Space is limited**Please call 505 979-0816 to register. Walk-ins are welcome as longs as the class isn't full.

Please arrive in comfortable clothing & water bottle.
