I Am Enough, Self-care Event | Knox College

Find us in the quad (outside) next to Seymour Union and Alumni Hall.

Mental health matters. Take some time out of your day to join us for a free self-care event where you can unwind by creating an arts and craft piece with an affirmation on it.

Affirmations are kind, empowering phrases we say to ourselves when we are feeling uncertain or anxious.

Here are a few examples:
I am smart.
I am kind.
I am amazing.

This event is free to fall ages. Coloring and arts materials are provided. No registration required.

This program is made possible thanks to a grant through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
