We’ll move through a steady flow of the standing postures to ground the body and mind, before settling into stillness for a restorative sound journey guided by Lizabett’s unique soundscape.

Suitable for all levels. Some familiarity with a basic level of vinyasa yoga is useful, but not essential. All props provided.
