BODYSONG day retreat

BODYSONG is led by highly skilled, trained practitioners, yoga teacher Linda Keys and musician Beccy Owen. Each is committed to creating spaces and experiences that are as fun, enriching, inclusive and accessible as possible - for all bodies and voices.

Some participants might already have a regular yoga practice, and some may already enjoy singing in groups - however, you do not need to have done any yoga or any kind of singing before to be able to fully participate and have a great time! The retreats are fun, nurturing and restorative, and you will feel in very safe hands.

The next BODYSONG event is a one day retreat to mark the Summer Solstice on June 21st. This will be held in the beautiful Lucy Sanderson Hall in Galashiels, from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Details in the poster below, and price includes refreshments and lunch.
