Yoga and Wine

Hi Friends!

Please join Cool Moms of Montgomery County and Shannon Phelan of Great Seneca Yoga for an afternoon of yoga followed by wine and conversation!

Our host this year is Sharon Neubauer of Opus Yoga. Opus provides deep, mindful, alignment-based Hatha and Flow Yoga for Adults and Kids in The Kentlands area of Gaitherburg.

Please bring your own yoga mat! Wine, non alcoholic beverages, and snacks will be provided.
