Pole Foundations: Mother's Day Edition

Celebrate Mother’s Day with movement, connection, and fun! This special edition of our Pole Foundations Workshop is designed for two people per entry, giving you the perfect opportunity to introduce a maternal figure or friend in your life to pole or share a new experience with someone special.

Whether you’re brand new to pole or a seasoned poler looking to share your passion, this workshop will introduce you to some basic grounded movements and fun, beginner-friendly choreography to enjoy together. Expect a supportive, empowering environment where you and your partner can learn, laugh, and move together.

No prior experience is needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and celebrate!

Note: Pole Foundations is a prerequisite for all pole fitness classes. If you’re not new to pole, please contact the Front Desk for approval to attend other classes.
