FSC/LAF 58th Annual Meeting Vendor Request to Vend at Epes- Deadline 8/11

Do you have information or products you would like to introduce to our membership ofBlack farmers, landowners, and cooperatives? Become a vendor at our 58th Annual Meeting at our historic Rural Training and Research Center (RTRC) in Epes, Alabama.

Additionally, this is an excellent opportunity to fellowship with Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives.

Join us on Friday, August 15th or Saturday, 16th (or both) and help celebrate over a half-century of the Federation's work, memories, and progress as the foremost organization serving Black farmers, landowners, cooperatives, and low-income communities in the rural south.

All approved event vendors will receive:

• A table
• 2 chairs or available upon request.

Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment

Corporate/Government Partners' onsite vending at the RTRC is as follows:

• One Day Onsite- $1,500 (2 participants, includes registration & meals)

• Two-Day Onsite- $2,500 (2 participants, includes registration and meals)

• Additional participants are $75/per person

Non-Members Small Businesses with less than 25 employees, Individual Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives are welcome!

• One Day/$150 (includes registration)

• Two Day/$250 (includes registration)

Active FSC/LAF Individual Member Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives are welcome to vend at no cost.

• $ 0 with vendor registration
