Yoga relaxation and Soundbath

Soundbaths help you to relax and allow the mind and body to rest and recuperate . The silence between the sound is where the sweetness is found as you are finding the deep stillness and peace inside you. It’s always there you just need to quiet the mental chatter and focussing on the sounds from crystal bowl , chimes , notes from tuning fork, gong and drum help to encourage this. First I will invite you to practice some simple yoga breath practice that gently stimulate the vagus nerve and so help you to relax on your yoga mat or chair. We’ll contemplate a poem or other quotation and settle off into relaxation with the sounds .
Please bring a yoga mat/ exercise mat or bed roll , pillows , blanket or cover to make yourself comfortable and water to rehydrate afterwards . Please drink some water before you arrive as well.
