Soundbath and Yoga breath meditation

Come and enjoy an hour of relaxation for yourself. Bring your yoga mat, blankets to lay on and cover you, pillows to be comfy and warm. You can bring your favourite healing crystal if you have one to record & capture the vibrational frequency of the session. We will prepare with some easy movement and yoga breathing , maybe a little vocal toning , then lay down for about 30 minutes listening to the sounds from crystal bowls, chimes, gong, drums, tuning forks. The deep rest may aid sleep & reduce stress.
