Slinkyography (90mins - 6.00 - 7.30pm) £45

Sarah will teach you her unique style of smooth and controlled exotic choreography, focusing on musicality, fluidity, hairography, and glide work, to move effortlessly across the floor and slink around the base of the pole.

No aerial moves included.
All Levels welcome.
Heels are preferred for this class, and knee pads are advised.


Sensual Slinkery. (90mins 7.45-9.15pm) £45
Floor only choreography

Join Sarah for seductive slinking and smooth, sensual sequences in this class, covering flow technique and movement initiation, to melt through shapes, floor inversions and shoot worthy poses.

Sarah offers a unique look on grounded flow, threading, and travelling movement, for fluid, mesmerising, floor romancing.

All Levels welcome.
