Meditation & Sound Bath

We will start with a slow and steady Chakra meditation using affirmations to open up and invite in our true essence, this will be accompanied by Chakra Tuning forks ✨️

We will then transition into the Sound Bath with the intention of shifting and releasing any blocked energies brought to the surface with the meditation ✨️

There will be time to reflect and share a hot drink before leaving the space ✨️

please bring your own comfort, there are 2 recliners that you can book direct, let us know if you need one of those! ✨️
