A Sunset Circle is a women’s circle, a gathering of women who come together in a non-judgmental, non-competitive environment to connect, share, and empower one another. We sit in a non-hierarchical circle, symbolizing equality and unity, and enjoy activities like guided discussions, breathwork, meditation, sharing and listening from our hearts, and beautiful rituals, all meant to bring us back to our hearts.

Sunset Circles provide a space for us to show up authentically as ourselves, they foster a sense of belonging and connection, and we remember our own personal strength and sovereignty. And the strength of our collective.

They typically revolve around themes such as personal growth, spirituality, wellness, and sisterhood, and many times feature various co-hosts giving us a chance to support other women in wellness.
