About the dance theme
Grief moves in waves—it rises, falls, and transforms. In this ecstatic dance, we will journey through the landscapes of grief, not as a fixed path, but as an ever-changing rhythm of the heart. Grief is an unavoidable part of the human experience, touching us all in moments of great loss, and in the everyday experiences of change, transition, and letting go.
Penta will guide us into a journey that honors the depths of sorrow, the fire of anger, the longing of “what if,” the stillness of despair, and the spaciousness of acceptance. Together, in the safety of community, we’ll honor the grieving heart by moving through what words alone cannot hold.
