Step into a cozy, judgment-free space for a gentle yoga class—perfect for everyone, no experience needed! We’ll move through slow, soothing somatic movements and melt into guided relaxation, all crafted to awaken your parasympathetic nervous system for that deep rest and healing you deserve. It’s donation-based, so just bring yourself, an open heart, and leave feeling nurtured and renewed. Donations will support PBJ Connections mental health programs.
