For years, I got up on Saturday mornings determined to master biscuits from scratch. Honestly—they were never as good as the frozen ones from the store. My MaMaw, who made the most heavenly biscuits—flaky on the outside, soft as clouds on the inside—would have been disappointed (though too kind to say so).
She’s been gone for many years now, but I was lucky enough to come across her recipe several years ago. The recipe itself helped, but what really made the difference was learning the technique. Now my family cheers when I bake them—and I’d love to share those secrets with you!
👩🍳 In this hands-on class, each participant will:
• Make their own batch of biscuits 🥐
• Bake scones (another family favorite!)
• Create pumpkin chocolate chip muffins or a loaf
You’ll head home with fresh-baked goodies and the confidence to make them again in your own kitchen.
