** For correction guarantee recheck: If patient purchased the minimum 20 units of Botox in an area (glabella, forehead, crows feet) and it needs to be adjusted, Patient must make appointment no sooner than 14 days from date of treatment and be seen for recheck no later than 21 days from date of treatment.
