GoataYoga at the Goat Sanctuary

Fuquay Varina’s best Restorative Yoga instructor, Jill Eagan, will be teaching a morning session twice a month at the Smith Farm Goat Sanctuary!

This restorative yoga session will incorporate Qi Gong and Reflexology along with a wonderful yoga session! Plus we’ll have some of our littlest and sweetest goats join the group!
