Self Defense for Seniors 55+ (Fulton)

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office will present a program on situational awareness and personal safety designed specifically for older adults. Learn practical strategies to avoid dangerous situations, stay alert in public spaces and protect yourself if needed. The program includes both educational content and an introduction to basic physical defense techniques. This class is offered in partnership with MU Extension and the library.

Adults 55 and older. Registration is encouraged but not required to attend. Register at www.dbrl.org/register-community
