Captain's Meeting (Optional, not mandatory): Friday, September 26, 2025, Fulton’s Irish Pub and Grill,

301 N. Fulton Beach Road, Fulton, TX 78358 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Fishing: Saturday, September 27, 2025, 6:00 am Weigh in: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm (Must be in line by 3:30, No exceptions!)

Live Music: 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm Awards Dinner Reception and Raffle: 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Family members & friends not participating in the fishing tournament are welcome to attend the dinner/awards ceremony. Meals can be purchased ($30) if reserved by Friday, September 5, 2024. Meals purchased day of event at door $35 pp (limited quantity day of event, pre-order advised)

BYOB for Reception – Ice chests are NOT allowed inside Convention Center due to wooden flooring. Please keep ice chests outside.

The PHCC Fishing tournament began as a company fishing event for Beyer Plumbing & Mechanical held at Woody’s in Port

Aransas in a tent out in the parking lot! Over the years, as the Beyer Boys continued to support the two local trade

associations, the San Antonio Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the San Antonio chapter of the Plumbing,

Heating, Cooling Contractors, this event eventually split to form two separate successful fishing tournaments for each

Association today!

In 2021 the PHCC‐SA Memorial tournament was renamed to recognize the many contributions to PHCC

SA chapter and the fishing tournaments’ initial beginnings to honor Perry Beyer Jr. and his passing from cancer in November2020. This tournament will continue to honor all members of our plumbing family who have passed on, and the legacy they made on the industry in San Antonio.

A portion of the funds raised from this event will go toward three important causes: the Beyer Cares Foundation, the

Scott A. Freund Foundation, Frontline Heroes Outdoors, and Elsa Jordan Memorial .

This year a portion of the funds will go to the PHCC‐SA Building Fund, as well as the Plumbing Apprenticeship program to

help with funding the program, scholarships & the annual apprenticeship contest! To date, the program has successfully

graduated 85 through the 4‐year program. PHCC‐SA realizes we are helping to fill a great need in the PHC industry for

quality, trained young professional individuals!

A majority of the funds raised from this fundraiser are budgeted for the daily operations of this local independently managed PHCC nonprofit chapter. The profits are used and stay in San Antonio!
